How to use our 'state-of-the-art' online job tracking system - be informed 24hrs / 7days
How to log in You log in by clicking on the ‘Job Tracking Login’ underneath the main menu on the left hand side of our web pages. After you entered your email and password which you received from use on your receipt, you see a list of your repairs at ALL-CAM.

What you can check On this list you can check the status of your repair(s).
- ’Booked In’ confirmation of your repair.
- ’Pre-Booked’ secured the position in the line of repairs.
- ‘Unprocessed’ after a part has been arrived or go ahead, no go ahead has been given.
- ’In Progress’ is in the workshop/work bench.
- ‘Part Order’ spare part hasn’t arrived yet.
- ‘Estimate Ready’ an estimate is written for you in the work report.
- ‘Ready for Collection’ make arrangements with the office for pick up or delivery.
- ‘Invoiced’ if you have an account with us; the repair is back with you or on its way and needs to be paid.
- ‘Paid’ a repair which has been completed and paid.
- ‘No charge’ a repair or uneconomical repair which has been picked up

What you can do - Look up your repairs
- Give a go ahead or no go ahead on a job
- Write comment or a question to this job
- Pre-book a new job which you’re going to
send in
When you add comments or change status i.e. an estimate, you will see a confirmation on top of the screen after you 'submit changes'. Please click on 'submit changes' again to finalise your request. | Click on our Job No/your reference to see a detailed work report
